Stipend partiality

27 July 2014 sir, I am working as an artical assistant serving last 9 months of articalship and my principle is paying me 3000 bucks as my stipend. But my juniors who have recently joined, my principle is paying them 4500. Please tell me the remedies I have.

27 July 2014 i dont think any remedy available because icai has announced min stipend rules... no discrimanation rules and all

just leave yaar just learn during this last period of articleship and ignore it

Focus on learning and forget about stipend etc as now learning is imp for your good career.
