Such announcement has been made by ICAI president that stipend is going to increase. e.g. an article which earns Rs.1000 can now get 2500 or 3,000.

But such announcement was made in convention, not officially announced yet.

Yet there is no such announcement bt currently I think its Rs. 2000 per month.
