how to go the steps of showcause notice attend one by one.

26 February 2013 Steps of Show cause notice:-
1. To receive S.C.N. from department.
2. To submit your defense reply against that S.C.N.
3. To attend personal hearing before authority showing the all relevant documents and put the facts of the case in your favour.
4. To receive order-in-original from the department.
5. To file your appeal with higher authority, if you are not satisfy with the order of lower authority.
