STCG Tax online payment

I need to pay Rs 85 as STCG Tax as showed in my mutual fund investment app for FY 2020-21. How shall I pay this tax online? Please let me know.

File ITR to see the tax is payable. Basic exemption of 2.50 lacs available.
To pay the tax visit TIN NSDL site and pay it through challan 280.
