31 August 2011 The main statues applicable to it will be as under :

1.IRDA Regulation
2.Based on the nature of your entity respective act ( Partneship, companies act etc )
3. Service Tax ( based on service receipent category )
4. Income TAX ( For TDS and other applicable norms )
