We would like to inform you that members of the Company, at the Forty First Annual
General Meeting held on 22.9.2008, approved your appointment as Auditor of the
Company, to hold office from the conclusion of the 4lSt Annual General Meeting until
the conclusion of the 42nd Annual General Meeting.
We trust you will take necessary action in informing the Registrar of Companies in
Karnataka, Bangalore about your appointment as required under Section 224 (1 A) of the
Companies Act, 1956, under advice to us.
