01 February 2016 Purpose of Statutory Audit to check the financial prepare by the management for the society enlarge.
Ceiling limit for one auditor is 20 Companies except private Companies (as per exemption notification).

02 February 2016 sir clarify my query retated to statutory audit..1) who can conduct this audit..2) what details we will have to provide to statutory auditors to conduct the audit...3) what is the due date for statutory audit and to whom the audit report will be submitted weather MCA or anywhere else... plzz reply its urgent..
