This query is : Resolved

02 September 2008 Hi,

Can a company which has been struck off under section 560 of the Companies Act, 1956, sell its land or any other property to any one.

regards,

Sonika

02 September 2008 It seems that the Company has been into operations and as such, its name may be restored by moving an application to the Company Law Tribunal. Once the name is restored, then the company may sell its assets in the normal course of its activities.

02 September 2008 Thanks
