09 March 2011 Can a dead senior citizen women get exemption limit of either senior citizen or of a women or none in the year of death and future years upto the time the assets remain in her name and are not distributed between her legal heirs?

09 March 2011 Every person becomes great after his death, whether he goes in heaven or hell.

A senior citizen, remains ex-senior citizen after his death and will be assessed as a senior citizen only till his last return is being filed.

However, It is wrong to presume that she will be assessed so, for income arising after her death.

His legal heirs can be assessed as BOI.
