22 October 2010 Annexure 1 to schedule V is state code. Can be obtained either from bare Act of Companies Act,1956 or from www.vakilno1.com (under "laws" click "more". Select Companies Act,1956 go to 5th window. Select schedule V and go down till you reach annexure-1)
