22 November 2012 Hello Friends,

I want to start an Educational Institute in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and in this Institute I plan to Provide Coaching for various courses. Apart from this I want to start some courses for which I will Issue Certificates.

So my question is:

1.what are the legal requirement to start Educational Institute in Gujarat?

2. what are the legal requirements to Issue Diploma or Any other certificate in Gujarat?

22 November 2012 01. Recognised versus Private institute. For recingnised, AICTE or alike authority sanction is required.

02. Normally the vehicle used is form a SOCIETY under Society's Act 1860. Get it registered with the Charity Comissioneer. This society will then start various institutes, colleges, coaching classes and so on.
