I have been paying Pre-EMI interest for my Home.
The possession is expected in FY 13-14
Then Can I claim the pre-emi interest divide by 5 for FY 12-13 (AY 13-14)?

No. 5 equal installment will start only after the completion of construction and possession. you cannot claim for fy-2012-13, since the possession expected on fy-13-14
