Sir,
I am gooing to start a new production plant in industrial land. The investment shall be max. 2crore. If I make the license as a propretary, what is the procedure to get finance from outsiders or from bank. I am not interested to get investors as a partners. Kindly advice.

You can get loan from banks , SIDBI, State Financial corporation.
Procedure are different for all three. It will be better to approach them directly.

Take loan from them, or take loan from bank against their depsoits/FD.
