18 April 2013 Yes, since 'reconstitution' is also comes under serial no 43A of the schedule to The Kerala Stamp Act,1959.

02 June 2013 As per the proposals made in the Kerala Finance Bill, 2013 following amendments in respect of stamp duty have effect on and from the 1st day of April, 2013 in relation with The Kerala Stamp Act, 1959.

Sl. No. Description of instrument Proper Stamp Duty

1.Stamp Duty of Articles of Association of a Company increased to Ten thousand rupees

2.Instrument of Partnership Deed:

increased to Five thousand rupees

3.Dissolution of Partnership Deed:

increased to One thousand rupees
