My father and uncles jointly own a property. They want to register the property under my name. Do we have to pay any Stamp Duties in this case?

The stamp duty is subject matter of the State and therefore, you need to refer to the act/rules/notification in this regard or consult an Advocate or Sub-registrar of the area.
I would like to add that the transfer of property in this case may be considered by you by way of a Gift and not by way of sale.
