My stamp duty value is Rs.54.5o then how to affix stamp on share transfer form.

If at any time the value of the stamps is in decimal form then, u can affix the stamp of bit Higher Value.
Eg. for Rs. 54.50 u can affix the stamp of Rs. 54 and one rupee.
