24 August 2013 IF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY COST IS LESS THAN THE READY REKONER RATE WHAT IS THE STAMP DUTY TO BE PAID AND IS THERE ANY INCOME TAX TO BE PAID FOR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACTUAL RATE AND READY REKONER RATE?
