Stamp duty for the new company having Rs.25 lacs as capital

A company is going to register with the share capital of Rs.25 lacs for that how much they have to pay as stamp duty with respect to MOA and AOA.

It depends on state to state. You have to approach the concerned sub registrar of that area, they will give you the stamp duty amount. It will be approximately Rs.1500 for memorandum and Rs.1000 for Articles.
