i want to know the stamp duty required for Partnership deed for registration. whr it is rs.5000?

Normally Partnership deed is prepared on Rs.500/- stamp paper only. However stampduty differs state wise.

In karnataka is capital is exceeds rs. 5000/- then stamp duty will be Rs. 1000/- max.
