As per **Article 46 of Schedule 1-A** of the **Madhya Pradesh Stamp Act**:
* **If the capital of the partnership does not exceed โน500** โ Stamp Duty is **โน100** * **If the capital exceeds โน500 but does not exceed โน1,000** โ Stamp Duty is **โน200** * **If the capital exceeds โน1,000** โ Stamp Duty is **โน500**

1. **If the deed is executed on plain paper** without paying stamp duty, it **may not be admissible in court** as evidence. 2.
