16 October 2020 Hello sir,
Sir I started industrial training on 8th January 2020 but I took stamp duty for deed on August 2020 due to covid -19 I am not able to get the stamp duty on right time.
Sir please tell me,can I submit the deed ..is this deed valid

16 October 2020 Submit the deed and request the Institute for considering it in view of Covid situation.
They may consider your request in view of the current situation.

17 October 2020 Sir,otherwise can I attach special adhesive stamp

17 October 2020 Talk to the concerned regional office Chairman/ Secretary.
