Sir,
Please tell me rate of stamp duty required for a tency agreement in which tenure is 5 years & rent amount is Rs. 5000/-

As it is an ordinary rent agreement you can have a stam paper of Rs 100 and get it signed and notrised. Though people used to make rent agreement at Rs 50 also. But to be on safer side you can have the same at Rs 100 as the amount is only Rs 5000 and also the security deposit I think may not be more than of Rs 60000.
