Is it required to pay stamp duty on allotement of share in Rajasthan.

well its not required to pay stamp duty on allotment of share whether in raj or any where else, but at the time of allotment you have to pass a board resolution for allotment of shares and e file form 2 with ROC.

You have to pay stamp duty on the share certificate i. e. you will have to do franking on the share certificate
