We are a limited company without listed of share in Market.
our one share holder transfer his share to relative as a gift.
so my question is what amount of stamp paper required for gift deed.

No gift deed required in this case with stamp paper.
Only share transfer form to be signed, in the form itself record it as gift

Not required, take copy of tranfer signed form that's the evidence for any purpose including income tax.
