STAM PAPER FOR GIFT DEED FOR SHARE TRANSFER

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
For transferring shares as a gift between shareholders in a private limited company, a formal gift deed or stamp paper is not required. The share transfer can be documented directly on the share transfer form, noting it as a gift. A signed copy of this transfer form serves as sufficient evidence for all purposes, including income tax compliance.
