My client wants to take his goods from coimbatore to trichy to his friends house to sell goods from his friends place for two days. what is the sales tax procedure as per TNVAT?

You must have your office at both the places i.e at Coimbatore and Trichy if it is another State but if it is in the same state then show the same as transfer to branch by issue of H form.
