staff welfare expenses

Please make me clarified whether tv recharge expenses would comes under staff welfare expenses for company or not...and what will be the treatment in company's books of account if tv recharge bill is in the name of a director

you have to take the connection in name of company then you ca charge to company exp a/c under staff welfare exp.
