Dear sir,

i am working in pvt.ltd co. in delhi our company turnover in 5 crore to 7 crore per year. i have some problem/confusion in Staff Welfare Exp. how many amount/percent allowed in Staff Welfare Exp. in Pvt.Ltd.

Please suggest me

30 May 2012 There is no fixed percentage. The total amount incurred will be allowed if it is genuine.

30 May 2012 I agree with the answer of Siddhartha Bhardwaj Sir. There is no fixed percentage/ amount for allowance of staff welfare expenses.

30 May 2012 no fixed percentage... do what ever you want to do with that account... Because there is no FBT now.. you can take advantage...
