08 September 2013 for the financial year 13_14 1st quarter when r we suppose to file the service tax st3 return?

09 September 2013 There is no quarter system any more
Half yr return of apr to sep will be filed as per date given by law that is 20october except govt brings any notification for date extension

09 September 2013 before also it was half yearly then they changed it to quarterly now again half yearly....can u tell me which notification it is? Thank you very much for the reply..
