we are paid service tax last year 40lac,
and filled return on half yearly basis, kya ab monthly deposit hoga

Payment of service tax depend on Status of Assesse.....
IF Assessee is a company then payment of service tax made on monthly basis but if assesee is individual, HUF, Firm then service tax paid on Quaterly Basis

The provision of monthly payment of service tax has not yet been come into effect. It will take time.......Till then follow the advise of expert....
