11 November 2014 Pls tell if one Collected Service tax on Rs 5 laxs does he liable to pay tax to govt if assessee has taken exemption previous return

12 November 2014 Ideally service tax is not applicable on your turnover.

however you had collected same form customer then your required to pay same to government.

1) Apply for registration.
2) file six monthly ST 3 return.
