Whether we required to take ST registration as service provider ? (Most urgent plz)

06 May 2016 The Registration in ST - 2 is for service recipient as GTA. If the Service Recipient now wants to render service as service provider the amendment to ST - 2 should be made.

10 May 2016 Yes you can do it and will have to do it. In ST - 1 there is a row seeking the status of the registrant - there you will have to tick both the boxes Service Provider and Service Recipient.
