Hi everyone!!!
Please help me out regarding ST on GTA. My client (a pvt. Ltd. Co) has availed Transportation services for Rs. 30000 in 2015-16. It has no ST Registration. Plz briefly tell me the procedures for the same!!!!

You first need to obtain a service tax registration. Mention as service receiver in the application. Later use the service tax regn number and pay the taxes on GTA under reverse charge.
