30 August 2013 SERVICE TAX ON ADVERTIMENT HOARDING & PRINTING CHARGER IS THIRE EXEMPT FROM 2013-14 IF ANY NOTIFICATION PLS BE REPLY THAT NUMBER

30 August 2013 "Selling of space or time slots for advertisements other than advertisement broadcast by Radio or Television" is under NEGATIVE LIST. There for Advertisement on Hoarding & Printing thereof is not chargeable to Service Tax. However, it is to be noted that if you are providing designing and making services of Advertisement than it will be chargeable to ST. Only selling of space is under negative list. If you are providing both the services, and issuing common bill then principles of Bundled Service will be applicable. As per Bundled service, the service will be taxable according to the dominant nature of service.
