St 3 for the period 1st apr to 30th june

Dear Experts,
As per the notification dated 28th sept that ST3 should be only filled for period 1st Apr to 30th June; i am not sure on the following point:
1. how to submit ST3 return online for period 1st Apr to 30th June, as i know ACES is not accepting any files in upload section, whereas the due date is still 25th oct ?

Yes you are absolutely right.No one is right now able to file the ST-3 returns for the quarter i.e.Apr-June 2012 as per Nfn.47/2012-S.T. as ACES is not accepting it.
My personal opinion is ACES will definitely extend the date from 25-10-2012 as and when their new format will be available.Please check regular interval to ACES website for more update.

Service tax return filings date for the said period has been extended upto 25th Nov 2012 (ORDER NO: 3/2012 dated 15th Oct 2012)
