Dear Sir
I am filling ST-3 return for Tour Operator company which claims abatement of 75% and 60% according to service tax notification 26/2012
It means the tax rate is 3.09 and 4.95 so service tax is 3% and 4.80%.
But after e filling the return it got rejected error was that the service tax rate 3% and 4.80% is not valid for Tour Operator.
So Pls tell me how to fill the return and previously it have been accepted but for Oct12 to March-13 got rejected....

Package tours - wherein transportation, accommodation for stay, food, tourist guide, entry to monuments and other similar services in relation to tour are provided as part of the package
Tax is payable on 25% of gross amount charged..
Tour operator – Other than abovementioned services
Tax is payable on 40% of amount charged.
Tax is payable on 25% of gross amount charged..

yes i know that but when i uploded the return it got rejected and error is the tax rate 3% and 4.80% is not applicable for Tour Operator

and in ST-3 i have already selected 26/2012 11(i)and 11(iii)under abatement notification . still the return got rejected and ERROR:- the tax rate 4.80% and 3% is not applicable for tour operator

Advlorem Tax Rate 4.8, 3 entered in Provider Section in Payable Sheet for the Service "Tour operator services" is not Valid
