20 July 2012 Pl. some one tell me the due date for filing Service Tax Return-ST-3 (Rental Income, Assessee is Individual) for FY: 2012-13.

20 July 2012 For individual assessees the due date for filing half yearly return (ST-3) is 25th October and 25th April

20 July 2012 There is a proposal that individuals will have to file quarterly return with quarterly payment and the return will be simple one page probably after 1st Oct 2012. The date of filing return will be made as 10th, like Excise Return. So till such time it is notified, the dates given by CA Amit Jaiswal is correct.
