sir,
we are doing repackaging & relabeling under chapter 33 which is mentioned earlier.
we purchase from supplier and we relabel or repackaging on our name and sale it (perfumery which is used in making soap, detergent powder,sent etc.)

repacking and lebeling amounts to manufacture and SSI benefit may be available to you without input credit.
however use of BRAND name may drag you to troubles, so better not to use brand in your invoices.
