12 February 2011 should SSI company inform their excise division if companies total turn over is below 150 crore p.a. and they want to enjoy benefit of ssi exemption form excise duty

12 February 2011 SSI are eligible for exemption from duty under Notification No. 8/2003-CE dated 1-3-2003. The SSI unit need not be registered with any authority
