SRN of 23B

While filing form 23AC and 23ACA for a newly incorporated company, What should be written in SRN of 23B? Because since the first suditors are not appointed in AGM, we have not filed intimation in 23B and hence we dont have SRN of 23B.

SRN of e-Form 23B has to be filled in clause 10 (e) of e-Form 23AC only. If u have no such SRN write Z99999999 in that column.

23B has to be filled every year when new auditor is appointed or old auditor is re-appointed

in 23B point no:5.(a) as follows
5.(a) *Whether auditor has been appointed in the annual general meeting (AGM)
if First auditors then fill no and AGM date not necessary but date of receipt of intimation is Must

Ya but first auditor is appointed in board meeting and not AGM.
Then? What should be written in 23B
