Can i show speculation profit in the head of OTHER SOURCE OF INCOME or it is necessary to show it in the head of BUSSINESS & PROFESSION

You have to show it as income of Business or Profession.
If the amount is nominal looking to your other income; you "may" show it in income from other sources especially when you are having salary income only.
