To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of all type of fabricator, welder, fabrication designor, developer, processor, Rolling Mills, Re-rollers, Steel makers, Steel converters, iron and steel founders and manufacturers and to manufacture metallurgical product and other ferrous and Non-ferrous Founders, Metal and alloy makers, galvanisers, machinists, smiths and dealers in all kinds of metals, iron, steel, castings, die-castings, forging, forged items, bending, moldings, ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys, aluminum, gun metal and other metals, billates, wires , nuts, screws, wire netting, machineries of industrial, and to take up project work on turn key or in part, fabrication and commissioning of plants and machineries, complete as a whole or in part.
