Speciman of letter to IT for payment of Demand Notice

I have received an intimation u/s 143(1) & there is a demand of Rs.443/- which i have paid.Please give me a speciman of letter to reply the IT Department that I have paid the demanded tax amount...

I have paid the demand raised by the 143(1) intimation dated.... for the assessment year..... vide challan no..... dated..... , a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
I, therefore, request that the remittance may be accepted, recorded and the demand raised may be squared up in your records.
