Is there is a special ward or circles for filling IT return for CA, advocate and doctor. If yes what are those? How the Pan is alloted to them on the basis of territorial jurisdiction, place of business or according to their Profession?

Yes. you need to file that ward only.

This depends on place to place. If you are in Metro city then there is special cell and a specific ITO for professional income and you have to file the return to that very ITO or ACT as the case may be. In small towns it is generally tagged with the ITO who is looking after the cases of salary or is allocated on the basis of alphabet
