Kindly Give me your Valuable Clarification regarding Payment of Special Bonus to Employee on the Basis of the target given to Employees will attract Income Tax and company Paying Monthly Health Insurance Policy to Employee Will attract income Tax. Please help me

1. Special Bonus is taxable in the hands of employees.
2. Health Insurance Premium is not taxable in the hands of the employees.
