Spanish or german as foreign language

I am a CA final Student, and after clearing i intend to join a MNC. i wish to learn a foreign language, but i am confused between Spanish and German. Pls advice.

Dear Rutuja,
I was also interested in learning a foreign language. I have learnt French and I know that spanish is similar to french. I can tell you French is very easy so is Spanish. I do not know anything about German.
As far as easiness is concerned you can go for Spanish.
At the end it depends on you which language you want to learn.
