I have commercial property given on rent Please to show me under which head rent income calculate i..e.Income from house property or income from other sources

In normal cases, it is income from house property
Where the person is doing a business of renting the properties, then although it is business income, it is computed as per sections of Income from other sources (56,57,58) and shown as such.
