14 January 2012 i am filling er3 for the quarter ending dec 2011. While filing excel utility in the other payment sheets i am filing details of Interest paid by us for the period 06/01/2012 to 13/01/2012 what should i write the source document no. Please help any one

14 January 2012 you can not write the source document no. in that particular section. The ACES excel systment will not accept the challan serial no. and date which is source document No. and date. Therefore please fill only the amount and gar-7 details with BSR code. You can file the same with this manner.

14 January 2012 but sir if i leave this section blank and do not write any source document no. then while validating the sheets the error That " Please fill all the manadatory fields" is coming?

16 January 2012 Correct Source Document No. which is to be filled :

Registration No._Return Name_Month Year

See if you are filing the ER-1 Return for the month of December 2011 where you have paid interest of Rs.100

Example :

AACSK1502QXM002_ER1_122011 and date you may fill the date of filing i.e. 10/01/2012.
