Son provide cash to father for business purpose

My Question : If son provide to cash his father for business expanding purpose of Rs. 2,50,000/=(Paid cash) in the year fy.2015-16, so any tax related issue in this case.
so can i treat as unsecured loan or gift ....

2.Music Systems for Rent busines (DJ) in which itr should i file
3.Tours and Travel income in which itr should i file
above services itr 4 or itrs 4s applicable .. because of customer not maintain books of record
income less then as limit as on year ,
and last year should i file itr 4s so can i change this or not issue on this case.
