I have a sole proprietor business . Now I have got Govt. Service . So i want My full business transfer to my wife name .
Please suggest the procedure .

According to me you need to submit the transfer form along with all the document of your wife, that you have submitted at the time of registration in your name.The form you can find in the Department.

Close your proprietorship business it has no fixed asset and open a proprietorship in same or similar name from scratch. Transfering to your spouse name without adequate consideration can be a messy problem.
