24 February 2012 1.How the name of the society can be changed which is already registered in the Act, Incoeme Deptt. and it is also registered for accepting foreign donation?
2.Can its main member be changed to some other member, I mean here is that some other member are interested to buy the society, is it possible and how.?

please assist me friends its urgent and also interesting to know the answers thanks.
